Are you or another small business owner you know interested in procurement opportunities with the City of Charlotte? Thanks to a free six-week training program, you can have your business ready to engage and bid on open contracts.
Women, veterans and minority entrepreneurs are encouraged to apply. Space is limited, and you must apply by Friday, Feb. 22 for a chance to participate.
This Inclusive Procurement Training Program (IPTP) will meet on the campus of Johnson C. Smith University on Tuesdays from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. beginning March 12 through April 16. Topics for the workshops are:

- March 19: Financials & Capital
- March 26: Ensuring Profitable Bids
- April 2: Capability Statement
- April 9: Business Leadership Skills
- April 16: Outlook & Graduation
