Time Off: Each employee receives 15 days of accrued vacation time per year (and this increases with tenure). We also know that at times employees can get sick or need to complete annual health check ins, so we also offer 12 days of sick time per year. In addition, we offer all employees 15 Paid Holidays.

Nextep Health Advocate: Assists employees with questions regarding the healthcare system, claims, and provides access to the Employee Assistance Program.
