When it comes to natural disasters, it's not a matter of if but when. That's why we help small business owners to prepare before disaster strikes and — when it does — we are ready to respond with resources for immediate and long-term recovery.
In collaboration with Mountain BizWorks and other small business organizations, we have worked to help launch WNC Strong. WNC Strong is a collective of partners dedicated to ​revitalizing our community by providing essential resources to local businesses affected by Hurricane Helene. The website, wncstrongtogether.org, will serve as a regional hub, showcasing: the latest grant opportunities, recovery loan funds, upcoming recovery webinars and events, guidance for navigating available resources, and more. This website will be updated frequently and we and all our partners look forward to growing this valuable knowledge center for regional businesses.
