Small business impacted by a disaster such as Florence or Matthew? Click here to learn how we can help!

Feb 19 at 11:30 am - 1:30 pm / Asheville

African-American Business Association Workshop & Meetup

Workshop / Western Women's Business Center

For our February workshop and meetup, Tracy Hopkins will be presenting Compassion Is An Essence: How Seeing Yourself Reflected Encourages Connection:

The world around us can be persistent in attempting to inform us of who we are, of our capabilities and limitations, as well as how we are expected to conduct ourselves. When these messages are inconsistent with our inner, authentic selves, we can experience a great level of dissonance, self doubt, and produce unintended consequences in how we show up in the world. Gain a deeper understanding of what it means to practice self care and compassion.
