Women In Leadership: Be SMARTer in 2019 w/Katia Ravè

Workshop / Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center

In this workshop, we will highlight how to create your goals strategically and most importantly, stick with your goals. You will understand why discovering and understanding your core values are important, and why your goals have not been successful in the past and why they will be successful now. They need to be SMART (Specific, Measurable, Action-oriented, Realistic, and Timebound).

Are you ready to learn from someone that is authentic, that you can meet personally, and someone who understands you and your struggles?

You will leave knowing your top Core Value, and with a strategy to achieving your goal for 2019.

Katia is passionate about showing audiences how to live their best lives by honoring their core values and seeing the relief and joy in her audience’s eyes as she talks directly to them.

Katia found her voice and passion after graduating with a bachelor’s in fine arts, receiving top marks at the age of 40. Her voice was destined to empower and motivate, both men and women. She believes that a happy life does not consist of one thing alone – it is about having the balance between work and personal, between love and passion. Through sharing her core values, she will have your audience laughing and crying, but most importantly they will feel enlightened and inspired. Katia has inspired businesses and professional women's audiences with her dynamic talks, and interactive trainings and workshops. Through her workshop style training program, Katia teaches and trains teams and individuals.

In her previous career, Katia practiced photojournalism, and business owner in the fashion industry- where she honed her business skills and became comfortable working with clients ranging from mom-and-pop store owners to C-suite executives in large construction companies. She holds a B.F.A. in Photojournalism and her coaching License from Achology (The Academy of Modern, Applied Psychology).
