Leaders are expected to always be strong and keep it moving but sometimes you just want someone to listen without trying to solve your problem or cry it all out, wipe your nose and go back to work. When stress levels are up because you’re waiting for a check, you’re struggling to make payroll, a small problem turns into a major problem, your dreams go up in flames from a bad business deal or taxes, it is easy to see how a person can become depressed. According to psychologist Glen Moriarty, the average entrepreneur is four times more likely to experience depression than others.
During this session, we will explore how burnout and stress impacts your mental health and how that impacts walking/working out your vision, talk about meditation rooms and techniques, and discuss success drivers.
Refreshments will be served. For questions or more information, please contact Germaine McIver-Cherry at firstname.lastname@example.org.
