Women in Leadership: The Charging Station w/Xaviera Bell

Every living thing needs a source of power to operate. A woman functioning at 100% is a force to be reckoned with. But, how often are we charged to capacity? The Charging Station is a curriculum designed to empower women, focusing on mental disconnections that create physical exhaustion. This workshop examines matters that affect women in leadership roles, including:

Attendees will be provided with workbooks, a vision board construct that is timeline based, and will participate in hands on exercises that initiate the first steps in change and adaptation. Join us for this powerful workshop led by Xaviera L. Bell.


Xaviera ‘Zay’ Bell is an author of several books and work-books. She is an energetic and comical facilitator with a matter of fact approach. She is passionate, ambitious, and assigned to assist women in living their most victorious life. She prides herself on being an aspiration architect and a manifestation coach. Her influence and reach through public speaking, coaching, and mentoring women is the force behind her drive. Xaviera is the creator and organizer of The STARTher Kit and is dedicated to advancing female entrepreneurs and women-led businesses.
