In response to the economic impact of the current health crisis, Mecklenburg County has partnered with Carolina Small Business Development Fund to create a program designed to assist the county's small businesses. Find out more about who qualifies and how you can apply.
ABOUT THE
PROGRAM.
Thank you for your interest in Mecklenburg County's COVID-19 Small Business Emergency Stabilization Loan Fund program. This program has been closed effective May 6, 2021.
We are thrilled to have partnered with Mecklenburg County Government since April 2020 in supporting Mecklenburg County small businesses through loan and technical assistance programs.

Qualification Requirements
Small businesses may qualify for the program if they meet the following conditions:

Business premises are physically located in Mecklenburg County.

Business has 50 or fewer full-time equivalent employees.

Business has been in operation for at least 24 months.
