ARKELA BLACK-WILLS

Arkela Black-Wills serves as the Board Relations Manager of Carolina Small Business Development Fund. Arkela manages communication between the Board and staff, as well as the President and CEO’s calendar as well as preparing agendas, room space, recording meeting minutes and assisting on projects. Prior to coming to Carolina Small Business, Arkela worked for Branch Banking & Trust (BB&T) for 11 years. Arkela earned a Bachelor of Science in electronics computer technology from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
