BETH ALSOBROOK

Beth Alsobrook is the Human Resources Director at the Carolina Small Business Development Fund, bringing over 25 years of extensive HR experience to the role. Throughout her career, she has dedicated herself to public and non-profit organizations. Before joining CSBDF, Beth spent a decade as the Chief Human Resources Officer at a healthcare non-profit in Houston, Texas.

A proud alumna of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she earned her Bachelor's Degree, Beth also holds a Master's Degree from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. Excited to return to her home state, she cherishes quality time with her husband, family, and pets, and loves discovering new places through travel.
