NOEL WAGONER

A North Carolina Native, Noel Wagoner serves CSBDF as an Underwriter. She previously worked for SitusAMC and Union Bank of Switzerland (UBS) as a Senior Financial Analyst in commercial real estate finance. Noel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in finance from Salem College and a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Reading, England. 

Noel has a passion for facilitating community development and sustainability through financial services.
